The Island Inn Resort is seeking a PROPERTY MANAGER who will be responsible for the entirety of the premises, which includes the 51 individually owned condominium units, studios: 1 & 2 bedrooms, and duplex condominium units situated in 6 separate buildings. In addition, on the grounds is a swimming pool, 3 Har-Tru tennis courts, and a conference/events center.

The position includes total responsibility for capital projects, overall maintenance, and project responsibility for the Island Inn Resort. The incumbent will work with owners on work performed in units and oversee all contractors on site, whether working on units, buildings, or the grounds.

The incumbent is expected to maintain close working relationships with neighbors as well as Town Building Department officials and other Town Officials.  The incumbent will be responsible for the scheduled maintenance and upkeep of all mechanical systems, equipment, and utilities.

Incumbent must have prior experience working with all trades and an ability to manage multiple projects/budgets of varying complexity.

Strong communications skills, familiarity in dealing with government officials locally as well as navigating Federal programs.



Strong technical knowledge; plumbing or electrical license is a plus.
